| Hi, My name is Przemysław and I’m a bachelor in philosophy (currently working on a master degree) from Poland. However I’m not here to share my philosophical beliefs and investigations, but to show some of my pictures. As a matter of fact they aren’t precisely mine (although I drew them by my own), but are reinterpretations. When I look at a picture and like it, I say to myself that it would be fancy to have something alike, but not the same. And that’s the part when I come in and do my job with pencils, charcoal, paint, fineliner and other drawing stuff. Why do I draw? Because I pretty much like it – especially in times while I fell a bit of downcasted. It helps to fight off the less or more menacing demons of day-to-day life. And of course the pictures look really great on the wall. Another reason for drawing is that self-made pictures are one of the greatest gifts you can present to another person (I’ve given away many of my works in that way). And last but not least I just adore the Japanese manner of drawing. Manga, anime – you name it – it’s something spectacular and in some sense fulfilling my taste of aesthetics.
